Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to) :
* Leveraging GLG's network to match experts with clients, based on clients' research needs.
* Daily interaction with GLG's experts over the phone to qualify profiles to ensure exact fit for client projects.
* Recruiting new experts through targeted and timely outreach by phone, email, and other methods.
* Enhancing your knowledge of the European credit market and client base.
* Supporting more senior team members on all aspects of client engagement, including researching topics and industries relevant to our clients.
* Driving key stages of project management to deliver value to clients, executing time-sensitive projects within a specialised team.
An ideal candidate will have the following :
* Ability to multi-task and prioritise activities effectively, while ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbally.
* High motivation to exceed operational and commercial targets.
* Confidence in making outbound cold calls and various other outreach methods.
* Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
* Passion for client service and strong desire to work in a collaborative environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills and desire to learn about financial markets.
* Demonstrated ability and initiative to handle increasing responsibility and autonomy over time.
* Undergraduate or graduate result of 2 : 1 or higher.
* Full business proficiency in English; additional European languages are desirable but not essential for this role.
Client Solutions Associates are promoted to Senior Associates after 12 – 18 months after achieving specific quantitative and qualitative goals. Senior Associates work directly with our clients to help them learn and make better decisions every day. Senior Associates do so by facilitating custom learning solutions and expanding their account management responsibilities.
