The HR team of LVMH Beauty Division in Iberia is looking for a proactive and highly organized Learning & Development Assistant to join our team on a temporary basis. This position aims to ensure the proper administrative management of training, coordinate activities, and support the continuous improvement of our programs.

Job Responsabilities:
Training Administrative Management:
* Coordinate and manage administrative processes related to training grants, ensuring compliance with deadlines and legal requirements.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation of training activities.
* Prepare and submit the necessary documentation for training grants, ensuring accuracy to avoid delays or rejections.
Support to the Learning & Development Manager:
* Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of training and development programs and projects.
* Collaborate in the creation and improvement of training materials, including presentations and supporting documents.
Support to the HR Department:
* Provide administrative and coordination support for various HR activities and projects.
* Manage calendars, organize meetings, and prepare materials as needed.
Monitoring and Analysis:
* Track training participation and key performance indicators.
* Use Excel to monitor data, create basic reports, and apply formulas such as VLOOKUP and data cross-references.
Profile:
* Excel: Advanced level, able to track data, apply basic formulas (VLOOKUP, data cross-referencing), and generate simple reports.
* PowerPoint: Skilled in creating and improving professional presentations.
* Languages: Witten and verbal fluency in both English and Spanish.
* Knowledge of Training Grant Processes: Familiarity with regulations and procedures for managing subsidized training (highly valued).
* Administrative Management: Proven experience in administrative and coordination tasks.
* Proactivity and Persistence: Ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, and follow through on tasks, even in the face of obstacles or delays. Resilience when obtaining information on time is challenging.
* Detail-Oriented and Methodical: High attention to accuracy and rigor in executing administrative and management tasks, especially in critical processes like training grants.
* Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build strong professional relationships, be approachable, collaborative, and supportive, fostering teamwork to achieve common goals.
* Autonomy: Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and make informed decisions within their area of responsibility.
* Supportive Attitude: Willingness to assist other team members and the organization.
* Required Experience:
* Prior experience in administrative roles, preferably in Human Resources or Learning & Development.
* Demonstrable experience in document management and process tracking with strong attention to detail.
