✍️ Must Have: +3y knowledge and hands-on experience in the Service Now platform, with special focus on ITSM, CSM, and ITOM modules.
Proven experience integrating Service Now with external systems using APIs (REST and SOAP) for data synchronization and workflow enhancement. Official Service Now certifications in at least one of the mentioned modules (ITSM, CSM, ITOM). High ability to communicate effectively both orally and documented. Analytical skills, synthesis, and critical thinking. High level of spoken and written English (C1 or similar).
Ability to take responsibility and focus on meeting objectives.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Implement and customize workflows, incidents, problems, changes, request management, and service catalogs within the ITSM module. Configure and customize case management modules, self-service portals, customer service workflows, and integrate with third-party tools within the CSM module. Utilize ITOM capabilities for Discovery, Event Management, Orchestration, and integration with external systems for automation and proactive infrastructure and operations management. Integrate Service Now with external systems using APIs (REST and SOAP) for data synchronization and workflow enhancement. Develop custom integrations using Python programming. Customize the Service Now platform through scripting (Java Script, Angular JS, etc.). Implement automated workflows using Service Now Flow Designer. Communicate effectively both orally and documented. Apply analytical skills, synthesis, and critical thinking to solve problems. Manage projects and take responsibility for meeting objectives.
