CIDETEC Space (LANZO Batteries) will select a candidate to join its company, which manufactures batteries for satellites and space launchers. The selected person will join as an administrative assistant for purchasing and supply management.

Your contribution

The successful candidate will join a start-up company in the highly dynamic space sector, linked to a cutting-edge research centre focused on sustainability and the circular economy, which has brought electrification to our roads and is already working on a 100% sustainable future.

Your work will be focused on:

* Purchasing management: administrative requests, records, sending invoices, and contacts with suppliers.
* Logistics management: coordination and monitoring of logistics with clients and suppliers.
* Providing purchasing data to the company’s ERP system.
* Providing documentary support for projects, offers, purchase orders, and manufacturing orders

Requirements

Education:

Higher Degree (FP II) in Administration and Finance or similar.

Languages:

Fluent spoken and written in English (B2 or equivalent)

Knowledge:

The candidate must demonstrate experience in:

* Industrial environments
* Use of office tools (Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook...)

Remarks:

Experience performing administrative tasks in English and more than 2 years of work experience will be valued.
