Provide general administrative support. Research and prepare a wide variety of information requests by drawing data from various sources within and outside the department. Route or answer routine correspondence and maintain confidential department records and files.
Your role :
* Administration: Produce, update, and support the use of MS documents, databases, and other departmental systems; leverage expertise to help improve processes.
* Office and Organizational Skills: Be resourceful and proactive, utilizing strong organizational skills and time management.
* Correspondence: Prepare emails, reports, agendas, and meeting notes as needed.
* Data Collection and Reporting: Collect and organize data using pre-set tools, methods, and formats to generate standard reports.
* Document Preparation: Prepare required documents and tracking using applications such as Microsoft Office and other standard office software.
* Data Compliance: Understand data collection, processing, and protection rules and regulations to ensure compliance with organizational objectives and applicable laws.
* Business Meetings / Events Arrangement: Schedule appointments, organize meetings and conferences, and arrange travel plans as needed.
* Operational Compliance: Develop knowledge of organizational policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory codes and conduct to ensure adherence.
* Procurement: Support procurement activities as needed.
* Other duties as assigned.
Your profile :
* Verbal Communication: Use clear and effective verbal communication skills to express ideas and request actions.
* Planning and Organizing: Work with guidance to plan, organize, and prioritize activities to meet business objectives efficiently.
* Customer Service: Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
* Qualifications: HS Diploma / GED and 3-5 years of relevant experience.
