Role Overview We are looking for a highly organized and versatile Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our group across France and Spain.This is a key, cross-functional role involving administration, accounting coordination, HR support, and executive assistance. Coordinate with external accountants and support bookkeeping processesLiaise with external service providers (accountants, legal advisors, etc.)HR AdministrationAssist in payroll preparation and coordination with payroll providersManage employee records, holidays, and leave trackingHandle scheduling, documentation, and general coordination tasksAssist with basic marketing and operational tasks as needed (campaign coordination, content updates, etc.)
