The role is responsible for managing daily customer communications and overseeing the full order-to-delivery cycle for small-volume markets, enabling senior management to focus on strategic priorities. /strong /p pstrong Key Responsibilities /strong /p ulli Manage daily email communication with distributors and customers. /lili Prepare, issue, and follow up on pro forma invoices. /lili Follow with operation head delivery of goods. /lili Forecasts: Manage forecasts of each client and overall forecast for total orders. /lili Follow up orders as per forecasts, make sure clients place orders as per forecast. /lili Closely coordinate actions with operations head. /lili Maintain and update customer data, forecasts, and sales information in company’s CRM. /lili Prepare meeting minutes, action lists, and weekly follow-up plans. /lili Follow-ups of the meetings. /lili Coordinate administrative tasks and information flow between Dana teams. /lili Support internal reporting, documentation accuracy, and ongoing process improvements. /lili Maintain strong customer relationships by scheduling and conducting regular meetings with existing customers. /lili Assist existing customers and collaborate with the operations head on claim resolutions. /li /ul pstrong Required Skills Qualifications /strong /p ulli High level of discipline, organization, and attention to detail. /lili Excellent written communication skills with strong follow-up habits. /lili Proficiency in Excel and general business documentation handling. /lili Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities simultaneously. /lili Professional working proficiency in strong English /strong and strong Spanish /strong (written and spoken). /lili Strong sense of ownership, reliability, and accountability. /lili Solid understanding of customer service principles. /lili Loyalty to company values and strong commitment to the company policy. /lili High emotional intelligence and ability to build positive relationships with existing customers. /li /ul pstrong Nice to Have (Wish List) /strong /p ulli Previous experience in the dairy, food, or FMCG industry. /lili Knowledge of export operations, logistics, or international trade documentation. /lili Experience working with CRM systems (Bitrix experience is a plus). /lili French and/or Arabic language skills are a strong asset. /lili Experience in customer care. /lili Understanding of claims handling (a plus). /li /ul pstrong What We Offer /strong /p ulli A key support role within an international commercial organization. /lili Exposure to global markets and export operations. /lili Flexible working arrangement (remote). /lili Opportunities for professional growth in sales operations and commercial administration. /lili A collaborative, international, and fast-paced working environment. /li /ul pstrong Industry: /strong Food and Beverage Manufacturing /p pstrong Employment Type: /strong Full-time /p
