We're a hyper-growth DTC beauty brand with hundreds of thousands of customers worldwide, and we're looking for a UGC Manager / Content Manager who can own the entire lifecycle of user-generated content — from recruiting creators to delivering high-performing content for ads.

What You'll Own (Responsibilities)
Coordinate scripts, briefs, and talking points with our creative strategists & content creator.
Review content quality (UGC, A-roll, testimonials, demos) and request revisions.
Ensure all content follows brand guidelines & compliance rules .
Track and filter UGC across social platforms (TikTok, IG, Meta Ads, TikTok Shop).
Manage store reviews (Shopify/Amazon/Yotpo) — highlight top ones, flag/remedy negative ones.
Coordinate monthly payments with creators & dermatologists.
Maintain structured dashboards in ClickUp for creator operations.
Report weekly on creator performance, delivery timelines, and output.
What We're Looking For
1–3+ years experience in UGC management, influencer management, or creator operations.
Ability to manage a high volume of creators simultaneously without dropping details.Strong understanding of TikTok-style UGC, storytelling, hooks, and trends.
Strong operational & organizational skills — you're fast, structured, and proactive.
Clear communicator who can give feedback directly and confidently.
High ownership mindset — you don't wait to be told, you make things move.
