**Are you passionate about providing exceptional guest experiences? We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic receptionist to join our team at a prestigious hotel in the beautiful Gran Canaria.**
**Sobre el servicio**:
In this role you will be responsible for assisting guests during their stay, providing information about hotel services, as well as local attractions, transportation, and events as requested. You will oversee the room key distribution and offer top-notch customer service based on guests' needs. Among the more administrative tasks, this role includes daily reservation management, billing, and collecting fees for consumed services (minibar items, phone calls, etc.). You should also be ready to perform any other tasks assigned by the Reception Manager, contributing to the smooth operation of the reception department.
As the face of our establishment, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests feel welcome and comfortable from the moment they arrive. You will handle check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and various administrative tasks efficiently.
