What will you do?
* Lead group-wide management consolidation & reporting processes, ensuring alignment with IFRS / GAAP and Group standards
* Oversee finance IT systems and deliver timely, accurate reports aligned with business needs
* Prepare high-quality presentations and reports for the Board of Directors and shareholders
* Develop standardized dashboards, templates, and KPI frameworks; challenge BU performance
* Analyze consolidated budgets / forecasts, linking strategic priorities with financial insights
* Partner with BU finance teams to support strategy, transformation, and planning cycles
* Support strategic initiatives (M&A, investments) and cross-BU transformation projects
Who are we looking for?
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
* 6–10 years of progressive experience in Audit, Controlling, or FP&A within multinational or multi-BU environments
* Strong knowledge of accounting, consolidation, and financial analysis
* Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights
* Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
* Experience with EPM systems (e.g., Oracle Hyperion, OneStream) is a strong plus
* Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage
* Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with deep understanding of financial and operational KPIs
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments and consistently meet deadlines
