Role Overview

Inbonis is the leading European financial and non-financial rating agency specialising in SMEs and mid-caps. As a B-corp certified company, Inbonis' mission is to democratize access to ratings for small and medium-sized enterprises as well as mid-sized companies in order to allow them to diversify their sources of financing and thus promote their development.

We are seeking a personable and service-oriented individual to join Inbonis team. Individuals applying for this position must be self-starters, action driven, flexible, thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at managing multiple priorities, and successful in communicating with all levels within the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Excellent communication skills to interact with all levels of company personnel and external partners in a professional manner.
2. Office management of both Madrid and Paris headquarters. Maintenance of the office providers and other third-party vendors.
3. Take responsibility for accounting, expenses, invoicing, payments, and receipts.
4. Support in internal and external event organization.
5. Provide administrative support to other executives as well as the Finance Team as needed.
6. Report and assist to the CEO office.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

1. Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
2. Experience in working with a Finance team and/or office management.
3. Familiarity with maintaining sensitive and confidential information.
4. Technical skills to operate accounting, IT, and financial programs, spreadsheets, emails, etc.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and deadlines; experience working for a late-stage start-up company or technology company is a plus.
6. Both analytical and organizational skills.
7. Proven ability to always keep sensitive information confidential.
8. Adaptable and flexible to make changes and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
9. Ability to plan, initiate, and complete work with limited authority.
10. Ability to determine when to act independently and when to refer problems to administration.
11. Flexibility to spend the majority of the workdays onsite at the office in Madrid and to travel internationally occasionally.
12. Fluent in Spanish. French will be strongly considered.
