As the Executive Assistant, you will be the strategic right hand to the Regional Head of Sales for Western Europe, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and enabling high-impact decision-making. You'll manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle confidential communications, and support key projects across the region.
Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements (including multi-country Western Europe itineraries and occasional global region syncs), and expense reports
Prepare high-impact presentations, reports, and sales material using advanced MS Office Suite skills to support regional leadership and global alignment meetings
Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, exhibitions, and communications across Western Europe in close collaboration with the Assistant to the Head of Inside Sales Western Europe at our headquarters in Neutraubling, Germany
Assist in tracking KPIs and preparing performance summaries for the Western Europe region, including contributions to integral reporting
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role (ideally supporting regional or multi-region leadership)
Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish; German is a plus
Advanced expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint (complex animations, data visualization, template design, master slides, branding consistency, and global template standardization)
Proficient in Microsoft Power BI and Salesforce for reporting, dashboards, and business insights
Expert-level Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Excel (KPI tracking and global dashboards), Word (reports), and Outlook (cross-region scheduling)
Skilled in collaboration tools such as Teams, SharePoint,
