About Branch Out Glamping

Branch Out Glamping is building one of the most exciting hospitality concepts in outdoor travel.

We partner with unique properties, deploy premium glamping accommodations, and create exceptional guest experiences across the U.S., with international expansion beginning this year.

We are currently entering a major growth phase. As we scale, we are looking to strengthen our core team with people who genuinely want to help build the company alongside us.

We operate at the intersection of hospitality, travel, operations, and guest experience, combining beautiful accommodations with strong execution and long-term partner relationships.

How Our Model Works

We operate a partnership-based model:

* We partner with landowners and unique properties to deploy and operate glamping accommodations on their land
* We drive demand through online travel agencies such as Airbnb and Booking.com
* We manage bookings, guest communication, and overall account performance, while our partners handle on-site operations

This means our team sits at the intersection of B2B (partners) and B2C (guests), ensuring both sides succeed.

About the Role

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, building relationships, and helping partners succeed.

This is a hands-on role combining:

* partner success,
* guest experience,
* operations,
* and performance optimization.

You will act as one of the main points of contact between Branch Out and our partners, helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations while continuously improving guest experience and account performance.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the action, taking initiative, and having visible impact within a fast-growing company. It is probably not the right fit for someone looking for a highly structured corporate environment.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Partner Success & Relationship Management

* Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and hosts
* Ensure alignment, responsiveness, and long-term partner satisfaction
* Identify operational improvements and opportunities to improve performance
* Help partners feel supported, informed, and confident in our collaboration

Guest Experience & Reservations

* Manage reservations, modifications, cancellations, and special requests
* Support guests via email and phone
* Handle any escalated guest situations with professionalism and empathy
* Ensure a consistently high-quality guest experience across the portfolio

Operations & Performance

* Monitor occupancy, guest feedback, booking trends, and account performance
* Support listing optimization across OTAs (content, positioning, pricing coordination, etc.)
* Coordinate internally and with partners to improve execution and consistency
* Identify patterns, recurring issues, and opportunities for operational improvement

What We're Looking For

* Experience in hospitality, customer success, operations, account management, property management, or other customer-facing environments
* Native-level English (written and spoken)
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Calm under pressure and comfortable solving problems in real time
* Highly organized, proactive, and ownership-oriented
* Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift
* Comfortable being available during weekends when needed
* Interest in hospitality, travel, guest experience, or short-term rentals

Experience with OTAs, hospitality systems, or short-term rentals is a plus, but not essential.
