We are looking for a Director of Product Management for one of our clients.In this role, you will lead a team of product managers, define the product vision, and drive the successful development and delivery of the software product. You will work closely with engineering, marketing, and sales to ensure alignment with business goals, customer needs, and innovation priorities, while engaging directly with customers, industry experts, partners, and prospects to refine and validate the product direction.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership:- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 2 product managers.- Set clear objectives, provide regular feedback, and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team.Product Strategy and Roadmap:- Accountable for the Fadata product strategy. Develop and communicate a comprehensive product strategy aligned with company objectives.- Define and lead the development of product roadmaps and prioritize features based on customer feedback, market trends, and business goals.Product Development:- Work closely with engineering and design teams to translate product requirements into actionable development plans.- Drive the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.Market Analysis and Customer Insights:- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.- Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions and enhancements and collaboration with commercial colleagues.Stakeholder Management:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and sales to ensure alignment and effective execution.- Communicate product updates, milestones, and key metrics to internal stakeholders and leadership.- Communicate proactively with our client and sector analysts to secure a continues strong position for core insurance softwarePerformance Tracking and Optimization:- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly monitor product performance and development against targets.- Identify areas for improvement and optimization and implement strategies to enhance product success and user satisfaction.Qualifications:- Deep knowledge about the insurance and pension companies transition in the digital journey with a global perspective- You should be a technology /"star/" with deep Insurance Industry knowledge- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field- Experience in product management and leadership- Would be beneficial if you come from a similar position in the market for insurance core software.- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products from concept to delivery.- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, agile practices, and product management frameworks.- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive informed decisions.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.JK Recruitment activities are based on Recruitment licenses No 3374 and No 3375 from 1.08.2022.
