Ph3Overview /h3pWe are looking for a highly organized and service-minded General Manager to oversee the operation of a luxury private property in Barcelona. /ppIn this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the residence is maintained to impeccable standards year-round, coordinating all vendors and seasonal staff, and delivering a seamless guest experience during the summer months of use. /ppYou will collaborate closely with the property owners, the family office, and trusted service providers to manage budgets, oversee maintenance schedules, and guarantee that every detail — from security and compliance to hospitality and presentation — reflects the highest level of quality. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliOversee and coordinate all maintenance and service activities to ensure the property remains in pristine condition year-round. /liliBuild and manage seasonal operational plans for periods of guest use (summer season) and off-season care. /liliDevelop and control the annual budget, ensuring accurate tracking of expenses, vendor contracts, and service quality. /liliLead and supervise external vendors and seasonal staff (cleaning, gardening, pool, catering, security) to guarantee consistent high standards. /liliSupport guest stays by preparing the property before arrival, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and responding to any urgent needs. /liliEnsure compliance with all local regulations, permits, and safety requirements. /liliProvide regular reporting to ownership and proactively suggest improvements to enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and guest experience. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliProven experience as a General Manager, Estate Manager, or in senior operations roles within luxury hospitality, property, or private residences (+3 Years). /liliStrong technical understanding of property maintenance, vendor management, and facility operations. /liliExcellent organizational and budgeting skills, with the ability to manage multi-vendor contracts and seasonal workflows. /liliHigh service orientation with a discreet, professional, and guest-focused mindset. /liliStrong communication skills in Spanish and English (Catalan is a plus). /liliAbility to work independently, solve problems under pressure, and anticipate owner and guest needs. /liliFamiliarity with local compliance requirements, safety regulations, and contractor oversight in Spain. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
