What You’ll Do
- Lead the frontend development and own the product experience of one of our subproducts - We want you to decide!
- Translate ideas into elegant, intuitive, and high-performance interfaces.
- Collaborate closely with founders, designers, and engineers to define and execute the product vision.
- Maintain a strategic overview of the subproduct, making key design and technical decisions that shape the user experience.
- Define the look and feel on the fly: layouts, colors, animations, and interactions, bringing taste and design sensibility directly into the code.
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code using React, Next.Js, and modern frontend practices.
- Take initiative, from concept to deployment, with autonomy and ownership.
- Mentor teammates, set technical direction, and push the standard of excellence forward.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience building and shipping excellent products with React and Next.Js
- A strong product mindset — you think beyond the code and understand how design, logic, and business decisions connect.
- A refined sense of design and UX — you care about aesthetics, clarity, and user flow.
- Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and component-driven architectures.
- Confidence to lead, decide, and take ownership without needing constant direction.
- Experience in fast-paced environments, ideally in startups or product-driven companies.
- Bonus points for familiarity with Figma, design systems, or creative collaboration workflows.
