Hiring for a Chinese leading motor vehicle company
Responsibilities
* Provide legal support and advice on business operations in Spain and the EU.
* Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
* Ensure compliance with Spanish, Catalan, and EU laws and regulations.
* Support the establishment and implementation of the company’s compliancemanagement system.
* Handle legal disputes, claims, and litigation, coordinating with external law firmswhen necessary.
* Provide guidance on labor law, data protection (GDPR), and corporategovernance matters.
* Conduct legal risk assessments and deliver solutions to mitigate potential risks.
* Prepare regular legal reports and updates for management and HQ.
* Support training sessions to enhance legal and compliance awareness within thecompany.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree or above in Law;
admission to practice law in Spain preferred.
* 8+ years of legal experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in multinational companies. MUST IN MANUFACTURING COMPANY.
* Strong knowledge of Spanish labor law, commercial law, Catalan law, and EU compliance requirements.
* Experience in GDPR, corporate governance, and compliance systems.
* Fluent in Spanish, Catalan, and English;
Chinese is a plus.
* Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
* Strong communication and problem‑solving skills with business‑oriented thinking.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases in a fast‑paced environment.
