At EBRO, a fast-growing automotive OEM with expanding European and international operations, developing a high-performing and highly trained dealer network is key to delivering a consistent customer experience and strengthening our brand positioning.
The Training Network Specialist will be responsible for supporting and developing EBRO’s dealer network through continuous training, quality standards implementation, and operational support across multiple business areas including product, branding, sales processes, marketing, and aftersales.
This role combines dealership support, training delivery, business coordination, and network development, requiring frequent interaction with dealer teams and internal stakeholders. The position is based in Madrid and involves regular travel.
Key Responsibilities
1. Dealer Network Training & Development
· Deliver continuous training and coaching sessions to dealer sales and aftersales teams.
· Support dealership teams in improving customer experience, operational quality, and brand standards.
· Ensure consistent understanding and implementation of EBRO’s sales processes and quality standards across the network.
· Act as an internal training partner for the dealer network, complementing external training providers.
2. Product & Brand Expertise
· Become a key internal reference for EBRO product knowledge and vehicle technology.
· Train dealer teams on vehicle features, competitive positioning, and market differentiation.
· Develop deep understanding of Chery technologies, innovation, and brand heritage.
· Support dealer teams in understanding competitor products and market trends.
3. Marketing & Commercial Support
· Support dealers in understanding and executing local marketing plans.
· Provide guidance on how commercial and marketing strategies should be adapted regionally.
· Ensure alignment between brand positioning, customer experience, and dealer execution.
4. Aftersales & Technical Understanding
· Support dealer aftersales teams with training related to vehicle systems and technical product understanding.
· Act as a liaison between the network and internal departments for technical or operational questions.
· Ensure continuous knowledge transfer regarding new technologies and product updates.
5. Network Quality & Continuous Improvement
· Conduct regular dealer visits to identify improvement opportunities and training needs.
· Monitor network performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve quality standards.
· Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure quick resolution of dealer concerns.
· Gather market and dealer feedback to continuously improve EBRO’s dealer support model.
Required Qualifications
Education
· Bachelor’s Degree or Licentiate Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Automotive Management, or similar.
· Master’s Degree is considered a strong plus.
Experience
· +5 years of experience in automotive training, dealer network development, sales operations, aftersales, or related commercial functions.
· Previous experience within an automotive OEM, importer, dealership group, or automotive consultancy is highly valued.
