Are you a native-English writer with experience crafting compelling content on topics like sales, consulting, and HR? Do you thrive on creating engaging materials for professional audiences, especially senior leaders?
As an English Content Writer, you’ll become a vital member of our dynamic content team at SAWOO. Your work will drive engagement, support community growth, and amplify the voices of thought leaders across multiple industries. From podcasts and case studies to LinkedIn posts and newsletters, your writing will make an impact across diverse formats and platforms.

We’re looking for someone who can start ASAP – ideally no later than May 31st, 2025.

SAWOO is a fast-growing, remote-first company headquartered in Munich, with a 15-person team spread across six countries.
We specialize in building and managing professional communities for decision-makers in medium and large companies, helping them grow through collaborative learning and networking.
We organize in-person and virtual networking events, conferences, podcasts, and peer groups. We also operate websites, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp channels where we publish custom content like posts, newsletters, and blog articles, connecting thousands of professionals globally.
Our portfolio includes 10 communities tailored to executives from leading companies such as BCG, EY, Bosch, Porsche, Lufthansa, BMW, Amazon, Siemens, and more.

Your responsibilities
* Create In-Depth Content : Write detailed case studies based on insights from podcast interviews with industry leaders.
* Repurpose Long-Form Content : Transform podcasts and case studies into impactful LinkedIn posts and newsletter articles.
* Craft Engaging Newsletters : Compose email newsletters that keep community members informed and inspired.
* Support Podcast Production : Prepare episode titles, descriptions, show notes, and pre-interview agendas to maximize guest insights.
Your profile
* Availability : You can dedicate 10–15 hours per week on a regular basis. You must be available for a minimum of 40 hours per month.
* Experience : Minimum 3 years of content writing experience in digital media (blogs, newsletters, social media posts, etc.).
* Language Skills : Native proficiency in English is mandatory.
* Design Savvy : Comfortable using basic design tools like Canva.
* Tech-Savvy : Familiar with GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to boost writing quality and productivity.
* SEO Awareness : Basic knowledge of on-page SEO best practices.
* Commitment : Flexible, reliable, and willing to take on additional tasks in exceptional situations.
Additional notes
Both parties must provide a 2-month notice to end the collaboration. We guarantee a minimum payment for 30 hours each month as a retainer.
