Communication Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement communication strategies to inform and empower impacted audiences, partnering with senior stakeholders globally to influence organizational behavior and compliance. Create effective communication campaigns, simplify processes, and advise on communication plans with optimal channels and media. Oversee end-to-end user communication strategies.Change Management Strategy:
Apply organizational change management concepts to high-impact communication plans, conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, identify stakeholders, and manage resistance. Build awareness and promote change adoption and advocacy across all Informatics users and stakeholders.Consultation & Business Partnership:
Partner with domain and product line leads, advise on product roadmaps, resource management, and achieve efficiencies. Share knowledge and advise on deployment timing aligned with business cycles.Teamwork & Collaboration:
Collaborate with related teams to optimize workflows, share knowledge, and ensure coordinated deployment strategies.Skills & Qualifications:
Experience with multimedia content creation using AI-assisted tools and video editing.Excellent relationship-building, communication skills, and ability to inspire diverse teams.Strong project management skills, proactive approach, and experience in business partnering.Knowledge of emerging technologies, organizational change management, instructional design, and Agile methodologies.Proficiency in English;
Master's degree or equivalent preferred;
