About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Leader with deep expertise in Industrial Relations to lead our human resources strategy and manage relationships with trade unions, works councils, and labour authorities in Spain. This role requires a strategic professional capable of driving international transformation projects while ensuring regulatory compliance and fostering a positive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
Industrial Relations & Compliance:
Lead collective bargaining negotiations and manage relationships with works councils and trade union representatives
Manage restructuring processes and substantial modification procedures
Represent the company before labour authorities and in mediation or arbitration proceedings
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement an HR strategy aligned with business objectives
Lead organizational transformation projects at an international level
Drive employee engagement initiatives, corporate culture, and talent development programs
Partner closely with senior leadership on strategic organisational decisions
International Project Management:
Coordinate cross-border HR projects with teams across different geographies
Manage the implementation of HR systems, processes, and tools
Essential Requirements
University degree in Law, Labour Relations, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 7 years of experience in HR leadership positions
Proven experience managing complex industrial relations in Spain (collective bargaining, works councils, labour disputes)
Demonstrated track record leading international HR projects
C1/C2 level English (essential for international coordination)
Excellent negotiation, communication, and conflict resolution skills
