Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Area Manager position (Valencia, Alicante, Castellón, Islas Baleares, Albacete, Las Palmas y alrededores). Reporting directly to the Spain Sales Manager and managing 10 commercial delegates based on any of the action areas.Essential duties and responsibilities of the job for:Management of the sales budget and business objectives in the assigned area.Manage and lead the assigned sales team, using the appropriate tools and means to achieve their quantitative and qualitative objectives and applying the company's commercial policy, being responsible for the sales established in their region and its profitability. of the management of its delegates.Sales data analysis and interpretationAnalyze and outline the strategy to be followed by your team.You will structure the work areas of your sales force and at the same time motivate, support and develop your team.Implement the development of the sales plan.Area sales forecastingIdentify business opportunities and know the market situation of the competition.Innovative new product launchesIt will support commercial management in the clients of greatest interest.Overseeing draw-backs and clients objections related to Persan Farma products while communicating such issues to the Marketing or Medical Department.Working in collaboration with other departments of the company.Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:Minimum university diploma.Seniority in the company for a minimum of six years.Market knowledge: AUME, Food Supplements, and OOPResults orientation, analytical skills, negotiation skills, leadership, communication skills and people motivation.People managing experience required.Excellent oral and written communication skills. Motivational speakingexperience.Analytical skills.Strong tactical thinkingManagement of computer tools and programs.Availability to travel 70% of the time.Ability to communicate effectively to and with all levels of the organization and customers.VALUABLE REQUIREMENTSFurther trainingPostgraduate training in business or management.Knowledge and/or experience in a similar position with people managementEnglish fluency.Motivation for the position, passion, ambition and vocation.
