About the job Based at Mandarin Oriental, Barcelona, within the Food & Beverage Department, the Bartender is responsible for delivering an exceptional beverage experience to our guests by preparing and serving high-quality cocktails and beverages with professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail. The Bartender reports to the Bar Manager / Outlet Manager. As Bartender, you will be responsible for the following duties: Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages following Mandarin Oriental standards. Provide warm, professional, and personalised service to all guests. Maintain excellent product knowledge, including drinks menus, ingredients, and preparation techniques. Ensure the bar area is clean, organised, and fully stocked at all times. Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and courteously. Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Work closely with the bar and F&B team to ensure smooth operations. Contribute ideas for cocktail creativity and menu development when required.
