The International Medical Communications & Content (IMCC) team is part of the Medical Enablement & Quality (MEQ) structure in the Global R&D organization. The International MCC team drives local Medical Channel Content strategy across the Oncology, Primary Care, Specialty Care, and Vaccines portfolio across our International Division. The team aligns closely with the Global & US Medical Channel Content Teams and other key cross-functional partners to conceptualize, adapt/develop, and disseminate all ex-US medical content through publications, congresses, medical-to-medical interactions, digital channels, and other newly prioritized internal and external ex-US specific medical channels A career with us is about discovering breakthroughs that change patients’ lives. The Medical Omnichannel specialist will give the operative support to the Spain MCC team to deliver an end-to-end medical channel execution across therapeutic areas and, Pfizer medicines to optimize the engagement and reach of emerging scientific information with healthcare professionals. It's a temporary position, part time from Monday to Friday.

Role & Responsibilities:

The Medical Omnichannel specialist will support the execution of the local medical channel content strategies (i.e., Oncology, Primary Care, Specialty Care, Vaccines) to optimize the engagement and reach of emerging Pfizer scientific data as detailed below:

* Assist with the service requests for emailing, Canvas, and projects tracking.
* Assist with the LinkedIn posts and Medical Website.
* Extract channel metrics and keep the activity report trackers updated.
* Support the team in the approval process.
* Adapt global/US content to Spain (e.g., disclaimers, compliance) in alignment with local regulations using Adobe Express.
* Support country medical reviews with associated requirements to ensure timely review, approval and posting of content on the appropriate channel.

Basic Qualifications:

* Minimum 1 year experience in the healthcare/pharmaceutical sector, experience in Omnichannel being desirable.

Skills & Capabilities:

* Strong organizational skills to track numerous tasks for multiple simultaneous projects in a deadline-oriented environment.
* Track record of good verbal, written and presentation skills, in Spanish and English.
* Ability to use initiative and work effectively in a team environment.
* Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Ability to interpret data effectively.
