Role Overview
We're looking for a detail-oriented Paid Social Ad Operations Specialist to join our growing paid media team. You'll work directly with our Director of Paid Social, Ana, to execute and optimize paid social campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, and Reddit for B2B SaaS clients. This role is critical to maintaining our high performance standards as we scale our client portfolio.
What You'll Do
Campaign Execution & Management
* Set up and launch paid social campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, and Reddit advertising platforms
* Execute daily campaign optimizations including budget adjustments, bid modifications, and audience refinements
* Monitor campaign performance and proactively identify underperforming ads for pause or optimization
* Conduct A / B tests on ad creative, copy, targeting, and bidding strategies
* Implement technical setups including conversion tracking, pixel installation, and attribution modeling
Performance Monitoring & Analysis
1. Review daily performance metrics across all active campaigns and flag anomalies
2. Generate weekly performance reports with insights and recommendations
3. Track key metrics including CTR, CPL, CPC, engagement rates, and pipeline attribution
4. Identify trends and optimization opportunities through data analysis
5. Maintain performance dashboards and client-facing reporting
Audience Development & Targeting
6. Build and manage custom audiences using first-party data, website visitors, and lookalike segments
7. Create targeted audiences based on job titles, company size, industry, and funnel stage
8. Manage retargeting campaigns for different engagement levels and content interactions
9. Optimize audience targeting based on performance data and client ICP refinements
Quality Assurance & Process Management
10. Ensure all campaigns adhere to platform best practices and compliance requirements
11. Maintain organized campaign naming conventions and account structures
12. Document optimization decisions and maintain detailed campaign logs
13. Follow established SOPs for campaign setup, optimization, and reporting
14. Collaborate with the team on process improvements and efficiency gains
Client Communication & Support
15. Prepare campaign performance summaries for client calls
16. Support strategic recommendations with performance data and insights
17. Respond to client questions about campaign mechanics and optimization decisions
18. Coordinate with internal teams on creative asset needs and campaign requirements
What We're Looking For
Required Experience
19. 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns, preferably for B2B SaaS companies
20. Proven track record managing significant monthly ad spend ($50k+ per month across accounts)
21. Expert-level knowledge of LinkedIn Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Reddit Ads platform
22. Experience with conversion tracking, attribution modeling, and performance measurement
23. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and data analysis
Technical Skills
24. Advanced understanding of paid social platforms including campaign types, bidding strategies, and optimization techniques
25. Experience with audience segmentation, lookalike modeling, and retargeting strategies
26. Familiarity with tracking implementations, UTM parameters, and attribution methodologies
27. Knowledge of A / B testing methodologies and statistical significance
28. Experience with reporting tools and dashboard creation
Soft Skills
29. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
30. Strong communication skills for internal collaboration and client updates
31. Proactive problem-solving approach with ability to work independently
32. Organized approach to campaign management and documentation

Bonus Qualifications
34. Experience with B2B SaaS marketing funnels and pipeline attribution
35. Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation tools
36. Knowledge of Clay, Fibbler, or similar data enrichment and workflow automation tools
37. Previous agency experience managing multiple client accounts
38. Understanding of go-to-market strategies and demand generation
