This role is a direct result of that.The roleYou'll be working as an embedded BDR across a portfolio of our clients — B2B companies of all different industries. That means you're the voice and face of their outbound motion: cold calling prospects, following up on email and LinkedIn touchpoints, and booking qualified meetings directly into their sales calendars.This isn't an internal role where you work on one product. You'll be running multi-client outbound simultaneously, which means variety, pace, and real commercial exposure across different industries and ICPs.What you'll actually doCold call prospects on behalf of Clayworks clients (this is the core of the role — you need to be comfortable on the phone)Execute multi-channel follow-up sequences across email and LinkedInQualify leads against client-specific ICPs and book meetings into their AEs' calendarsManage your own pipeline, track activity, and hit weekly/monthly meeting targetsFeed call insights back to the team to improve targeting and messagingWhat we're looking forPhone-first mindset — you genuinely enjoy cold calling and you're good at it (or hungry to become very good at it, very fast)Exceptional spoken and written English — you'll be representing clients directly; clarity, confidence, and professionalism on the phone are non-negotiableRelentlessly driven — you're motivated by targets, by commission, and by being the best at what you do.
