**Position Summary**
Cansel Survey Equipment is currently seeking a Service Coordinator to be responsible for supporting national service and repair activities by providing administrative and technical support for service workflow, work order management, and customer facing communications. This position to be located in the PST time zone.
**In this role, you will...**
Duties will include creation and dispatch of service work orders, maintaining CRM data, scheduling of field installs, providing quotations to customers, answering customers service inquiries, monitoring aged work orders, monitoring third-party repair outsourcing & providing a liaison between technical staff and customers.
This is a very demanding position, and we are looking for an energetic, highly motivated individual to be the face of the service organization with the ability to work in both a team and individual environment with mínimal supervision, all the while focused on providing exceptional customer support.
**About you...**
- Strong administration and customer service skills.
- Strong ability and willingness to engage all customers and provide guidance through the service workflow process.
- Excellent interpersonal communication & telephone skills.
- Forward thinking and the ability to be proactive in problem-solving.
- Knowledge of geospatial measurement and/or WF print operations would be an asset.
- Grade XII with a minimum of two years of customer service experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of computer information systems including Microsoft Office. Experience with SAP, ServiceMax and/or Salesforce are definite assets.
- Self-disciplined & highly organized.
- Ability to multi-task.
