We are looking for an experienced SAP FI Business Consultant to support and optimize Record-to-Report (R2R) processes in an international SAP S/4HANA environment. You will focus on financial accounting, asset accounting, closing activities, and compliance, ensuring stable and standardized R2R solutions. ✅ Key Responsibilities
\n
Support and optimize Record-to-Report (R2R) processes within SAP FI.
\n
Act as functional expert in General Ledger (GL) including Chart of Accounts and financial reporting structures.
\n
Manage and enhance Asset Accounting (FI-AA) processes, including asset lifecycle and depreciation.
\n
Participate in month-end and year-end closing (MEC/YEC) activities.
\n
Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP FI functional solutions.
\n
Ensure compliance with IFRS and local GAAP standards.
\n
Support testing, regression cycles, and continuous improvement initiatives. ✅ Key Requirements
\n
+5 years of experience as SAP Consultant in R2R / FI (GL & FI-AA).
\n
Strong knowledge of General Ledger accounting and financial reporting.
\n
Solid experience in Asset Accounting and asset lifecycle management.
\n
Good understanding of IFRS principles and accounting standards.
\n
Experience working in SAP S/4HANA environments.
\n
Strong analytical skills and structured way of working. 🌟 Nice to Have

Experience with IFRS 16 processes in SAP.
\n
Knowledge of Master Data Governance (MDG) in finance.
\n
Exposure to international rollout or template environments.
\n
Familiarity with SAP Fiori and agile ways of working.
