The Role & Team:

Infovista Corporation is seeking a sales-driven individual with outstanding communication skills, excellent technical expertise, ability to build relationships with customers, and experience in earning customers' trust in complex sales cycles. This position offers significant opportunities for reward and growth.

As the Account Director for Service Providers, you will be responsible for developing sales in the region for the Global Network Product Line, enhancing existing client relationships, and developing new business with prospective clients. You should have a "hunting" persona for new logos and expansions in existing client bases.

You will leverage your background in service assurance, network testing/optimizations, and other telecom technologies to establish credibility with customers, partners, and prospects. Building relationships with technical buyers and decision-makers to become their trusted advisor and grow the current footprint is essential.

You will work closely with customers, partners, and internal teams such as Product Development and Professional/Technology Services to ensure successful deployments. Your sales experience will be crucial in securing business in competitive situations while focusing on sales goals.

Profile:

* Strong sales skills with a drive for results and targets.
* Experience in selling Service Assurance, Network Testing solutions, or other OSS solutions.
* Proven ability to close large deals above €1m.
* Ability to develop key strategies focusing on territory and key accounts.
* Industry experience and key relationships with C-Level and senior management.
* Excellent communication and influence skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to communicate technical concepts to all levels within a customer organization.
* Understanding of how technical sales influence business cases and capacity to coordinate internal resources.
* Team-oriented selling approach, leveraging presales, product management, R&D, and professional services.

Technical Knowledge:

* Strong knowledge in Service Assurance, network testing, and/or other OSS solutions.
* Understanding of the CSP market in OSS, network engineering, optimization, and operations.

Personal Skills and Know-How:

* Strategic thinking with the ability to set up effective processes and build strategic plans.
* Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and vision.
* Inspiring presence with charisma.
* Assertiveness to uphold company standards and interests.
* Prioritization and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
* Excellent organizational skills.
* Proven ability to drive projects to completion and multitask.

Experience:

* 7+ years of experience in building and managing customer/vendor relationships, including with senior executives.
* Hunter mentality with a proven track record in selling OSS solutions.
* Strong sales acumen, especially in closing deals and meeting quotas.
* Existing relationships with CSP leaders at companies like Telefonica, Vodafone, Orange, etc.
* Willingness to travel up to 50%.
