Your role
You will empower the Sales team with the knowledge, skills, and tools they need to deliver outstanding value to customers. You'll design and deliver engaging learning experiences, translate product and sales content into clear instructional materials, and continuously improve enablement programmes to boost performance across the sales journey.
Key responsibilities
Learning experience design
· Design and develop engaging learning experiences for the Sales team, including e-learning modules, interactive workshops, job aids, and blended learning solutions
· Maintain and evolve the portfolio of AI use cases and solutions
· Structure and classify use cases (by industry, value, maturity, etc.)
· Track status, progress, and impact of initiatives and opportunities
· Support prioritization processes with structured information
Assessment & effectiveness
· Develop assessments and evaluation strategies to measure training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
· Manage the full lifecycle of training content (concept, development, iteration, and retirement) to keep enablement assets relevant and effective
· Capture business value, technical approach, and differentiators
· Stay up to date with best practices in instructional design, learning technology, and sales enablement, including the use of AI
· Work with technical teams to ensure accuracy and clarity
· Ensure reusability and consistency across use cases
Enablement assets & knowledge management
· Create and maintain enablement assets (facilitator guides, participant workbooks, job aids, playbooks) with clear, actionable messaging
· Structure and maintain knowledge repositories (e.g., SharePoint/LMS) to ensure enablement content is easy to find, use, and reuse
· Own content governance: versioning, updates, and retirements to keep materials accurate as products and processes evolve
· Support sales activation by ensuring teams adopt new content, tools, and playbooks through communication and reinforcement
Stakeholder management & needs analysis
· Go-To-Market Support
· Conduct efficient needs assessments (data, interviews, observation) to diagnose performance gaps and propose the right enablement interventions
· Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the business, aligning enablement plans with sales priorities and product strategy
· Document the commercialization process and best practices
· Support pre-sales with structured and reusable content
· Ensure alignment between portfolio and market positioning
Continuous improvement
· Monitor adoption and performance signals (completion, assessment results, sales feedback) to iterate and improve enablement programmes
· Build scalable, repeatable enablement approaches that can be deployed across teams and markets
· Identify inefficiencies in enablement workflows and propose improvements to increase speed, quality, and impact
· Provide clear reporting on enablement initiatives, progress, and outcomes to support decision-making

Your profile
You are organized, structured, and business-oriented, with the ability to understand AI solutions and translate them into clear, actionable documentation and processes.
Experience & background
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
· Proven ability to design and develop e-learning, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, and job aids
· 3–6 years of experience in portfolio management, PMO, product operations, or similar roles
· Solid understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies, applied effectively in remote-first organisations
· Experience in technology, AI, or data-related environments is a strong plus
· Portfolio of instructional design work (e-learning samples, training documents) and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
· Experience supporting go-to-market or pre-sales activities is valued
Knowledge & skills
· Strong organizational and structuring capabilities
· Excellent written communication skills (ability to create clear and concise documentation)
· Understanding of AI/ML concepts at a high level (not technical depth required)
· Familiarity with tools such as Confluence, Jira, SharePoint, or similar
· Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
