At **Primer Impacto**, leaders in brand management at points of sale, we’re growing and looking for an **Administrative Assistant** to join our Administration Department. If you’re proactive, love challenges, and have experience in administrative tasks and procurement, we’d love to meet you!
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Organize and manage documentation (filing, drafting, and reviewing).
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Manage databases and administrative processes.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- **Education**: CFGS in Administration and Finance or similar.
- **Experience**: At least 1 year in similar roles.
- **Skills**: Advanced Excel, strong communication and negotiation abilities, analytical thinking, and teamwork.
- **Language**: High proficiency in English.
- Availability for immediate start.
**What We Offer**:
- Permanent contract.
- Annual salary: €18,000-€20,000 gross.
- Initial and ongoing training.
- Work in a dynamic, fast-growing company.
- Hybrid schedule: Work from our Badalona office and enjoy 1-2 days of remote work per week.
**Schedule**:
- Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM-6:30 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM-3:30 PM
