**Description**:
Sankara is a small Spanish private family office company that is based in Palma de Mallorca. Having founded one of the largest technology companies in the Baleares, the two owners (of Spanish and Dutch nationality) have a successful history as entrepreneurs but have recently divested and stepped back to focus on new investment activities. Sankara in the company that the owners have created for their future activities.
We are currently looking for a part-time Administrative Support/Personal Assistant to assist us with the daily aspects of Sankara’s operations as well as the personal affairs of the owners of the company.
In your role you will be responsible for the daily administrative tasks such as document filling and organization, bank statement reconciliation, invoice registration & payment tracking. You will also be expected to assist in selected organizational tasks, particularly during the absence of the owners of the company.

**Skills requirements**- Pro-active “self-starting” problem solver with initiative and an ability to take on a very wide range of responsibilities independently if needed- Positive person, enthusiastic, good communicator- Ability to work well without direct supervision- Good verbal & written skills in both Spanish and English- Precise, efficient and high level of integrity- Available to work in a part-time schedule, but willing to occasionally work outside normal hours if circumstances make this necessary.- Based in Mallorca- Holder of European passport and/or Spanish employment permit
**Relevant experience**
Any previous professional experience in administrative and/or personal assistant tasks, especially in multitasking and international environments
**Work hours & benefits**- Part time 20 hours/week- 22 working days paid holidays per year
