How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
You will contribute and grow with us as you fulfill the following mission:
We are looking for a healthcare professional, a clinical reference in your Autonomous Community and/or delegation.
You will ensure that care processes are developed following the company's quality standards and applicable legislation and internal regulations, guaranteeing safe, effective, and efficient service. You will also be responsible for ensuring that technical and care staff have the necessary knowledge, training, and skills to perform their duties, and you will coordinate care projects and/or clinical validations of equipment.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Being the point of contact for patient care staff for clinical and technical inquiries.
* Creating training materials in coordination with the Iberia Care Manager.
* Ensuring technical and clinical training for home care staff in coordination with HR.
* Training and monitoring home care services according to established procedures and instructions.
* Monitoring care delivery to critical or fragile patients (training, ERP identification, stock requirements).
* Providing support to personnel visiting patients at home.
* Identifying and communicating incidents involving patients.
* Providing technical and clinical support to prescribers in the assigned zone, in collaboration with the Delegation Director / Commercial Manager, to inform and train about new therapies, services, and treatment adherence or issues with prescribers.
* Managing special care plans for high-complexity patients, including home visits and/or consultations as needed, following established protocols.
* Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and IMS policies in care activities.
* Promoting the proper use of work tools and safety standards.
Are you a MATCH?
You are suitable if you meet the following requirements:
* University studies in Nursing and/or Physiotherapy.
* Preferably at least 2 years of experience visiting patients.
* Valuable knowledge in patients with cardiorespiratory/pulmonary conditions.
* Geographical mobility to support diagnostic tests across all islands.
