Role & Team:
Infovista Corporation is seeking a sales-driven individual with outstanding communication skills, excellent technical expertise, and the ability to build relationships with customers.This position will challenge the successful candidate to excel in various areas and offers significant opportunity for reward and growth.As the Account Director for Service Providers, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales in the region for the Global Network Product Line, enhancing current client relationships, and developing new business with prospective clients.The candidate should have a "hunting" persona for new logos and expansions within existing client bases.Building on their background in service assurance, network testing/optimizations, and other telecom technologies, the candidate will establish credibility with existing customers, partners, and prospects.They will navigate within customers' organizations to reach key technical buyers and decision-makers, becoming a trusted advisor and aiming to grow the current footprint.Driving innovation, automation, and value.
The Account Director will work closely with customers, partners, and internal teams such as Product Development and Professional/Technology Services to ensure successful deployments.Using their sales experience, they will drive and secure business in competitive situations, focusing on sales goals.Infovista offers a challenging, fast-paced environment that rewards initiative and results.
Profile:
Sales Skills- Strong drive for results and targets.- Experience in selling Service Assurance, Network Testing solutions, or other OSS solutions.- Experience closing deals above €1m.- Ability to develop key strategies focusing on territory and key accounts.- Industry experience and key relationships with C-Level and senior management.- Strong communication and influence skills, both written and verbal.- Ability to communicate concepts across all organizational levels.- Understanding how technical sales influence business cases.- Team selling skills, leveraging presales, product management, R&D, and professional services.
Technical Knowledge:
- Strong knowledge in Service Assurance, network testing, and OSS solutions.- Knowledge of the CSP market in OSS, network engineering, optimization, and operations.
Personal Skills and Know-how:
- Strategic thinking, process setup, and complex deal success.- Analytical skills, business acumen, and vision.- Ability to inspire and demonstrate charisma.- Assertiveness to defend company standards and interests.- Prioritization, adaptability, and excellent organization skills.- Proven ability to drive projects to completion and multitask.- Minimum 7+ years of experience managing customer/vendor relationships, including senior executives.- Proven track record in selling Service Assurance, Network Testing, OSS solutions, and closing large deals.- Existing relationships with CSP leaders (e.G., Telefonica, Vodafone, Orange).- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
