Canarship, importante empresa perteneciente a ROMEU, holding empresarial de referencia en el sector logístico, busca incorporar un/a Customer Service Specialist en sus instalaciones de Tenerife para el desarrollo operativo de los envíos marítimos y aéreos del departamento de Forwarding. ¿Quieres formar parte del proyecto?
What will your functions be?
* Gestión operativa de envíos Import /Export (marítimo, aéreo y terrestre)
* Organizar reservas con navieras, aerolíneas y transportistas .
* Seguimientos de los embarques (supervisar recogidas, entregas, trasbordos, plazos y costes acordados).
* Preparar la documentación (BL, AWB, CMR).
* Coordinación de despachos de aduanas import - export.
* Asesorar al cliente en temas básicos de incoterms, seguros y requisitos legales.
* Gestionar incidencias, retrasos o reclamaciones.
* Revisar costes operativos y validar facturas de proveedores.
* Trabajar de forma estrecha con Sales Executive, princing, aduanas, almacén y transporte.
What are we looking for?
* Formación en Comercio Internacional, Transporte y Logística o similares.
* Experiencia previa en posiciones similares.
* Nivel medio - avanzado de inglés.
* Perfil organizado, resolutivo y orientado al cliente.
