**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and update operational documentation, databases, and departmental reports.
- Develop, review, and maintain **internal protocols and procedures**.
- Organize and coordinate workflows, tasks, and departmental priorities.
- Prepare and manage agendas, meetings, minutes, and presentations.
- **Incident Resolution**: identify, log, and coordinate the resolution of operational issues that may affect production or delivery.
- Ensure compliance with deadlines, internal standards, and established processes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Operations Department.
**Requirements**:
Previous experience in administrative roles related to Operations (1-3 years).
- **High/Bilingual English level.**
- Proficiency with digital tools (Google Workspace / Microsoft Office).
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail, initiative, and analytical thinking.
