Passenger Agent Flight preparation and sealingFlight controlPassenger and baggage check‐inLost baggage claimFlight boardingDocumentation tasks and customer service at the counterHandling and preparation of flight documentation3. Operations Agent Coordination of aircraft start‐up and towing operationsGround‐air station linkPreparation of load sheetsCommunication with aircraft and time measuringAttention and assistance to technical crewsFlight dispatchAttaching and releasing the push‐back barFor the Operations position, it is necessary to have a driver's license.For the Ramp position, priority will be given to those with a driver's license.For the Passenger and Operations positions, a B1/B2 level of English is required.
