Location:

Barcelona Office - Spain

The Team: You will be part of the Immigration Department, reporting to the Head of Immigration France, and supporting other areas such as the Tech Department. You will handle international mobility-related cases, responding to various questions as part of a multifaceted team.

Mission: Support the legal team in optimizing immigration processes and enhancing client experiences through innovative technology and dedicated assistance. Foster collaboration and efficiency, contributing to a positive team environment focused on continuous improvement and client care.

Tasks:

* Act as the bridge between the Product team (40%) and the French team, supporting the implementation and improvement of internal processes and initiatives.
* Automate internal processes using tools such as HubSpot, Parallel, Zapier, and Notion.
* Identify inefficiencies, propose improvements, and implement new workflows.
* Assist the Legal team (60%) with immigration processes, including preparing documentation, scheduling appointments, submitting applications, and tracking progress.
* Draft and edit legal documents using advanced technology tools.
* Support clients in bureaucratic challenges and legal research.
* Organize legal archives and records.
* Promote the use of technology within the team, provide training, and troubleshoot automation tools.

You have:

* A tech-savvy mindset and experience with automation tools.
* Previous experience in an administrative legal role is a plus.
* A collaborative, flexible, positive attitude, eager to learn and contribute.
* Passion, energy, and commitment.
* Fluency in English and French (C1/C2); additional languages are a plus.
* Curiosity about digital tools, process automation, and innovation.
* Strong communication skills and a client-centric approach.
* Problem-solving skills and motivation for new challenges.
