This opportunity is to work in our offices in San Sebastian, Spain.
The Technical Engineering Director
* Reports directly to CTO
* Derives new IP from customer needs to expand Multiverse’s product.
* Curates a high-performance team. Manages talent allocation
* Brings a unique technical expertise to the Tech team.
* Communicates with other directors to find cross project synergies.
Required Qualifications
* Masters in Machine learning, Physics, Computer Science, or another STEM field
* Minimum 3 years’ industry experience working on NLP, Large Language Models, or Deeplearning
* Minimum 2 years' experience in Project Management
* Minimum 2 years' experience with Python
* Ability to work with a diverse team of people, both in-person and through online resources
* Fluent in English and Spanish
Preferred Qualifications
* 5+ years of Industry experience building custom software solutions
* Experience as customer point of contact
* Must be able to develop and manage project plans
* Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels in the organisation
* Ability to work independently and hit the ground running.
