Your mission
We are looking for a senior executive with a strong background in financial consulting, banking treasury, or ALM, who will lead our international sales and growth strategy in the European market. This is a high-impact leadership position focused on driving revenue, opening new markets, and building relationships with senior banking stakeholders.
This is not a traditional sales role — it requires deep industry knowledge, strategic thinking, and the ability to engage in high-level consultative conversations with CFOs, Heads of Treasury, and Risk Directors.
* Design and execute the commercial expansion strategy in Europe.
* Identify and lead strategic sales opportunities with Tier 1 and Tier 2 banks.
* Build and nurture long-term relationships with ALM, Treasury, and Finance decision-makers.
* Position Mirai as a trusted solution for banks managing structural balance sheet risk and liquidity.
* Collaborate closely with Product, Implementation, and Marketing teams to drive commercial impact.
* Represent Mirai at financial industry conferences, roundtables, and networking events.
* Contribute to shaping our go-to-market, pricing, and internationalization strategy.
Your profile
* 8+ years of experience in financial consulting, banking, treasury, ALM, or SaaS for financial institutions.
* Proven track record in consultative B2B sales or business development in a complex/technical domain.
* Strong understanding of ALM, FTP, liquidity risk, balance sheet strategy, or banking regulation.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with C-level stakeholders.
* Fluent in English (mandatory); other European languages are a plus.
* Entrepreneurial mindset and a hands-on, result-driven approach.
* Experience working in international or high-growth environments (e.g. fintech SaaS, consulting,).
