Job Description: We are seeking a Lead Java Developer to join our Product Management team. You will architect and implement scalable, secure solutions as part of our product roadmap, collaborating with Consulting, Support, and Customer Success teams to deliver high-quality software for our international clients. This role reports to the Head of Product Management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and develop scalable, performant, and secure applications for HCM integration.
* Collaborate across departments to translate requirements into technical solutions.
* Deliver enhancements, new features, and expand modules according to our roadmap.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Expert Java development skills, including Spring/Spring Boot, with at least 15 years of experience.
* Experience with ETL tooling, REST APIs, web services, encryption, LDAP.
* Solid understanding of Oracle DB, SQL, and database technologies.
* Proficiency in CI/CD, Agile, SCRUM, Kanban methodologies.
* Experience with source control, build, deployment tools (Git, Jenkins, Liquibase, JIRA).
* Knowledge of cloud architectures, microservices, Kubernetes.
* Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, ERP, or OCI is a plus.
* Ability to ensure code quality with unit testing frameworks and code coverage tools.
* Experience with static code analysis tools like OWASP/SonarQube.
* Peer review, performance tuning, and team management experience.
* Effective collaboration in diverse, remote teams.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
* Ability to work according to UK/EU schedules.
