Responsibilities :
* The Incident Manager of a Radio Access Network (RAN) plays a critical role in ensuring the stability, performance, and availability of the mobile network. Their primary responsibility is to manage and coordinate the resolution of incidents that affect the RAN infrastructure, which includes base stations (eNodeB / gNodeB), controllers (BSC, RNC), and other radio-related components.
Qualifications :
* Experience in Incident Detection & Monitoring
* Experience with activities such as monitoring alarms, logs, and KPIs from RAN elements via NMS / OSS tools.
* Proactive detection of service-affecting and performance-degrading incidents.
* Utilization of automation and AI / ML tools (if available) to identify anomalies in real time.
* Experience with Incident Triage & Classification
* Experience in Incident Coordination & Communication, including coordination with field teams, RAN engineers, and core network teams to isolate and resolve issues.
* Experience in Service Restoration & Resolution
* Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
* Minimum 3 years of experience with Huawei or Ericsson equipment.
* Experience with Vodafone projects in Spain and Portugal.
