We are seeking a talented individual to join our Insurance Operations / Fiduciary Operations team at Marsh. This role will be based in Bogotá, Colombia. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled US Invoicing Specialist to join our growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a leading global insurance brokerage and risk management firm during a time of expansion and transformation. The specialist will play a key role in managing invoicing requests, collaborating with client-facing teams, and ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices within the US insurance broking lifecycle.
We will count on you to:
* Create and generate invoice requests, working closely with client support teams.
* Manage your book of work and ensure timely delivery on all cases as per SLAs (i.e. Meet SLAs on Accuracy, Productivity and TAT as per agreed standards).
* Utilize proprietary billing systems to ensure timely and accurate invoice requests.
* Meet individual productivity, accuracy, and timeliness metrics.
* Adhere to policies, procedures, and data security guidelines.
* Remain current by understanding and following all Marsh compliance, professional and transparency standards.
* Highlight and escalate operational risks to appropriate authorities for corrective action.
What you need to have:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related field.
* 2+ years of experience in team and administrative process management, preferably within the insurance industry and US insurance.
* Good analytical skills to understand reports and performance trends.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel (formulas, pivot tables), PowerPoint, and Outlook.
* Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with remote client teams.
* Attention to detail and ability to conduct research to ensure accuracy in invoicing.
