This pivotal role will involve developing and executing a comprehensive purchasing strategy to drive suppliers, stocks, and ensure the supply of authorized quality products to the company's restaurants in the market without compromising service levels and business continuity. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving the growth of the brand in Spain.
#Key Performance Areas:
Supervise distribution and manage the distribution centre.
Centralize supply chain information:
Manage supplier and distributor performance.
Maintain database formulae.
Synchronize product database with finance.
Case size, weight, units, distribution cost, and discounts.
Analyze departmental performance quarterly.
Assist with global standardization of systems and reporting.
Retrieve product information for supply chain.
Provide meaningful data to support internal customers.
#5+ years of experience in Purchasing / Supply Chain in Restaurant or Bakery environment in Spain.
~2 years of experience in managing a supply chain management database .
~ Strong understanding of the Spanish market, cultural nuances, and consumer behavior.
~ Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
~ Fluency in Spanish and English is essential.
