**We are looking for an Excursions Manager to join our team in Tenerife.**This is a key role responsible for managing and optimizing the excursions department and activity program, ensuring operational and commercial excellence while delivering outstanding experiences to our customers. **Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage the excursions team, ensuring smooth operations and high service standards.
- Develop the excursion program for Tenerife, aligned with the company’s strategy and market trends.
- Negotiate and contract new products and partnerships with activity and excursion providers.
- Achieve the department’s commercial goals.
- Monitor and optimize booking processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Oversee financial processes, including sales settlements, invoices, and validation of supplier invoices.
- Analyze performance metrics and implement improvements to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Manage incidents and resolve escalations, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Collaborate with company management to define pricing strategies, promotional plans, and any other responsibilities expected from the head of the department at the destination.
- Carry out any additional tasks necessary to adapt to customer needs and/or market conditions at any given time.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in excursions management or a similar role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership position.
- Studies in Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
- High level of English; additional languages are a plus.
- In‑depth knowledge of excursions and activities in Tenerife and a solid network of local providers.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage budgets, KPIs, action plans, etc.
