Drive Revenue Through Digital Advertising
As an Ad Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in helping businesses grow through strategic digital advertising solutions. You'll manage a portfolio of advertisers, identify new revenue opportunities, and drive campaign performance through consultative selling and data-driven insights.
Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Drive advertising revenue by managing and growing a portfolio of SMB and mid-market advertisers
- Execute high-volume outbound sales outreach via calls, emails, and virtual meetings
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and reactivation opportunities within existing accounts
- Consult advertisers on campaign strategy, targeting, and optimization to improve ROI
- Analyze campaign performance data (CTR, CPC, ROAS) and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Generate new sales opportunities through prospecting, lead qualification, and xqysrnh pipeline development
- Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted digital marketing advisor
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and activity records in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Use AI-powered tools and sales intelligence platforms to prioritize leads and improve conversion rates
- Achieve and exceed monthly revenue and sales targets
What You Bring
- Experience in B2B sales, inside sales, ad sales, or digital marketing
