 
        **Financial Planning & Reporting Analyst – Europe****Financial Planning & Reporting Analyst** to join our European finance team and drive performance across five countries.As the Financial Planning & Reporting Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of our European operations—connecting the dots between financial data, strategic planning, and business performance. You’ll lead the consolidation of financial reporting, budgeting, and long-term planning across Spain, France, Finland, Germany, and Italy, helping senior leaders make smarter, faster decisions. This is more than just numbers—it’s about insight, impact, and influence.**What You’ll Do****Reporting & Consolidation*** Own the monthly financial reporting process across Europe, including cash flow analysis.* Drive consistency and clarity in KPIs, variance analysis, and executive commentary.* Elevate reporting standards with improved templates and dashboards.**Budgeting & Strategic Planning*** Lead the regional budgeting process, consolidating inputs into a unified European view.* Support long-term financial planning and scenario modelling.* Track performance against budget and prepare executive-ready presentations.**Financial Analysis & Insight*** Dive deep into revenue, cost, and margin trends to uncover actionable insights.* Build models and tools that support decision-making and strategic planning.* Partner with FP&A to deliver high-impact analysis to senior stakeholders.**Project Accounting*** Collaborate with project managers and finance leads to ensure accurate tracking of project financials.* Monitor budget vs. actuals, cost accruals, and revenue recognition.* Flag financial risks and support commercial delivery.**Commercial Finance Support*** Assist with pricing strategies, customer bids, and business case development.* Analyse margins at product, customer, and country levels.* Validate assumptions in tenders and track commercial KPIs.**What You’ll Bring*** Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.* 3–4 years’ experience in FP&A, reporting, or finance roles in a multi-entity or regional setup.* Strong skills in financial reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis.* Experience with project-based businesses or project accounting is a plus.* Comfortable working across borders and time zones with remote teams.* Fluent English and Spanish, any other European languages an advantage**Your Superpowers*** **Detail-oriented** and structured in your approach.* **Proactive** and organized—able to juggle multiple priorities with ease.* **Strong communicator** who thrives in cross-functional collaboration.* **Analytical and curious**, always looking to improve and innovate.**Tools You’ll Use*** **Excel** (pivot tables, lookups, modelling) – Advanced* **ERP/Reporting Tools** (e.G., Workday, Adaptive) – Intermediate* **PowerPoint** – Advanced* **Financial Modelling & Analysis** – Intermediate* **Project Costing & Revenue Recognition** – Working KnowledgeThis is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of finance, strategy, and operations across multiple European markets.
