You will collaborate with Sales, Legal and Finance to execute deals and maintain audit-ready documentation. Your work drives process optimization and standardization of commercial practices across Europe via CRM/ERP insights. - Lead end-to-end tender and regulated opportunity management with full compliance to legal, contractual, pricing and governance requirements.
- Partner with Sales, Legal and Finance to execute deals, validate pricing, mitigate risks, and maintain audit-ready documentation.
- Oversee sales administration and contract lifecycle management, driving process optimization and standardization of commercial practices across Europe using CRM/ERP data.
- Ensure accurate, compliant documentation and support cross-country coordination in a multi-country environment.Responsabilidades
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
- 4–5 years of experience in customer-facing or customer support-related roles (e.G., customer service, sales administration, order management, inside sales, contract/operations support).
- Experience with tender management is a plus.
- Experience working in multi-country/EMEA environments is a plus.
