Context:
GLEAMER is looking for scaling in Spain and for that is looking for a Sales Manager to drive growth in this strategic market.
Role & Responsibilities:
As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth and expanding Gleamer’s footprint across the Spanish healthcare ecosystem.
Business development and sales execution
Drive direct sales to hospitals, imaging centers, and healthcare networks across Spain
Manage the full sales cycle
Build and maintain a strong pipeline aligned with company growth targets
Develop and execute territory and account plans
Strategic partnerships
Develop and manage relationships with key strategic partners (including distributors, integrators, and industry leaders)
Support partners in identifying opportunities and closing deals
Negotiate commercial agreements and ensure alignment with Gleamer’s strategy
Market development
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
Identify new opportunities and expansion channels
Represent Gleamer at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
Increase brand awareness and strengthen Gleamer’s presence in Spain
Internal collaboration and reporting
Provide regular reporting and forecasts to HQ
Work closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams
Share customer feedback to help improve products and commercial strategy
Profile
Experience and background
5+ years of experience in B2B sales in Spain in healthcare, SaaS, MedTech, or AI
Proven track record of closing complex enterprise deals
Experience working with partners and indirect sales channels
Experience in medical imaging or healthcare is a strong plus
Skills
Strong commercial and negotiation skill
Ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to operate in a fast-growing scale-up
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Languages
Spanish: Native
English: Fluent
