WHO WE ARE
We are the CIB IT Spain hub, delivering application development and production support for 15 European BNPP locations. Our 620‑plus professionals ensure BAU activities, initiatives and projects comply with CIB IT standards and regulations. We work closely with local IT teams in the UK, Italy, Russia and Luxembourg to provide seamless service.
MISSION
As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will lead end‑to‑end delivery of IT projects across the CIB IT Spain portfolio. You will own planning, budgeting, risk mitigation and KPI tracking, aligning each project with CIB IT governance. You will coordinate stakeholders, facilitate meetings and mentor junior managers to foster continuous improvement.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
* Lead and manage IT projects from inception to delivery, ensuring scope, budget and timeline compliance.
* Plan, assign and monitor tasks, guaranteeing ownership and timely completion.
* Track progress, update KPIs, identify risks and drive mitigation plans.
* Facilitate stakeholder meetings, produce project documentation and mentor junior managers.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
* You should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT;
a Master’s in Project Management is a plus.
* You need at least 5 years of IT project‑management experience and 10 years in an IT department.
* You must be fluent in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
* You should have strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, budgeting, risk management and performance‑indicator tracking.
